Package Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Cochin - Drive to Munnar
On your arrival at Cochin Airport, our driver will meet
you near the exit area. He will drive you to Munnar that takes about 4 hours.
Munnar, as the name signifies is located at the confluence of three rivers.
Munnar is a popular hill resort with its sprawling tea plantations and
picturesque landscapes. It is often called as “Nature Lovers’ Paradise”. En
route, enjoy the beautiful sights of lush greenery and majestic waterfalls.
On arriving Munnar, Check in to the hotel and relax. Evening is free for your
own leisure.

Day 2: Munnar (Local Sightseeing)
Rise to a beautiful fresh morning and breathe in the pure
unpolluted air. Enjoy your morning breakfast. Today we spend the day
for local sightseeing. Situated at the confluence of three mountain
streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundale, Munnar is 1600 meters above sea
level. Earlier Munnar was the summer resort of British government in South
India. On our sightseeing tour, we visit Mattupetty Dam, Kundale Lake and Echo
point.
In the afternoon we proceed to Rajamalai. There is a possibility for you to
spot ‘Nilgiri Thars’ here, the rarest species of mountain goat. Enjoy your
evening in the romantic surroundings.

Day 3: Munnar to Thekkady (Local Sightseeing)
After having morning breakfast, check out from the hotel
and proceed to Thekkady, the famous wildlife sanctuary of South India. Check in
at the hotel upon arrival and relax. Later visit to Spice Village. In the
evening, you can enjoy a refreshing boat safari in the beautiful Periyar Lake
(Payment to be made directly by the Guest). Take your camera along to capture
the glances of some rare varieties of birds & animals at Periyar National
park. It is a home to nomadic tribes of wild elephant, boar, deer, the great
Indian tiger and many more. Later return back to Hotel.

Day 4: Thekkady to Kumarakom (Local Sightseeing)
Today morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel
and drive to Kumarakom. Check in to the hotel and relax for a while. Afternoon
we proceed for local sightseeing in & around Kumarakom - a tiny
backwater village perched on western banks of Vembanadu Lake. The serene
backwater stretches for over 900 sq. km. which is truly a sight to witness. Opt
for a canoe, motor boat or a houseboat to devour the beauty of this backwater
paradise at its best.

Day 5: Kumarakom to Kovalam
After morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and
drive to Kovalam.
Kovalam is an evergreen and pleasant climatic beach resort. With high rocks and
calm blue water bays, it is a true paradise for tourists. Well developed, warm
and clean atmosphere along with white sand beaches and coconut trees are
perfect for relaxing holidays with sea breeze gently playing with the waves.

Day 6: Kovalam - Kanyakumari (90 kms) - Kovalam
Have morning breakfast and proceed for full day trip
to Kanyakumari.
Best described as the southern-most end of India in Tamil Nadu, Kanyakumari or
the Cape Comorin is one of the most popular tourist spots of India. This is the
point where the three seas meet i.e. Bay of Bengal, Arabian Sea and the Indian
Ocean. The most beautiful and spectacular attraction is its unique sunrise and
sunset. Enjoy the spectacular evening sunset from the Vivekananda Rock. Drive
back to Kovalam.

Day 7: Kovalam - Departure
Rise to return. Have your morning breakfast and pack your
bags. Today we check out from the hotel and proceed to Trivandrum Airport to catch
your departing flight.
